Broadcasting Decision: 

2003-99 Rogers Cable Inc., London North, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Ontario, Rogers Cablesystems Ontario Limited, London South, Ontario, Rogers Ottawa Limited/Limitée, Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED - Extension of the authorization to distribute CFMT too, now designated as OMNI.2, as a distant Canadian signal on the basic service of their cable systems, expiring 13 September 2003.

Telecom Decision:

2003-19 The Commission approves Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc.'s (Primus Canada) application to initiate a proceeding to review the primary inter-exchange carrier (PIC) processing rates. The Commission denies Primus Canada's request to adopt, on an interim basis, Bell Canada's PIC processing rates for all incumbent local exchange carriers. Reference: 8661-P11-01/02.

Telecom Public Notice:

2003-2 This public notice initiates a proceeding to review the primary inter-exchange carrier processing rates for the incumbent local exchange carriers. Reference: 8661-P11-01/02 and 8661-C12-200303306.

Telecom Orders:

2003-115 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 25 April 2002 and amended on 27 August 2002, in order to add item 211, Central Office Link Arrangements for Interconnecting Canadian Carriers, to its Carrier Access Tariff. Reference: TNs 50 and 50A. Eff. date: 20.03.03.

2003-116 The Commission approves an application by Dryden Municipal Telephone System, dated 24 December 2002, to introduce items 7 and 8, 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service, in order to provide services at the following monthly rates: (a) $0.21 for each primary exchange service, each Centrex III local and for Digital Network Access service, each DS-0 connected to the public switched telephone network, which are equipped for outward local calling; and (b) $0.105 for each wireless service providers per wireless WTN equipped for outward calling. Reference: TN 21. Eff. date: 20.03.03.

2003-117 The Commission approves an application by ExaTEL Inc., dated 13 February 2003, concerning the terms and conditions for the provision of interconnection services to other telecommunications service providers. Reference: TN 2.

2003-118 The Commission approves an application by Northwestel Inc., dated 6 February 2003, in order to increase the monthly charge from $25 to $30 for network access to a radio-telephone station by a non-fixed station. Reference: TN 784. Eff. date: 16.05.03.

Telecom Costs Order:

2003-3 The Commission approves the application for costs by the Consumers' Association of Canada, the National Anti-Poverty Organization and l'Union des consommateurs with respect to their participation in the show cause proceeding regarding monthly itemized billing initiated in Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34. Reference: 8638-C12-60/02 et 4754-214.
