Broadcasting Decisions:

2003-61-1 591989 B.C. Ltd., Barrie, Ontario - ERRATUM: Paragraphs 2 and 3 of CIQB-FM Barrie – Technical change, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2003-61, 20 February 2003, are replaced with the following: 2. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.

2003-102 Cogeco Radio-Télévision inc., Québec, Quebec - APPROVED - increase the effective radiated power of the FM radio programming undertaking in Québec from 4,500 watts to 14,450 watts.

2003-103 William Yuzicapi, on behalf of a company to be incorporated, Okanese Indian Reserve, Saskatchewan - APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the Type B English-language FM community radio programming undertaking in Okanese Indian Reserve.

2003-104 Membertou Radio Association Inc., Sydney, Nova Scotia - APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the Native Type B FM radio programming undertaking in Sydney.

2003-105 Rogers (Alberta) Ltd., Calgary, Alberta - The Commission revokes the licence for the English-language radio network authorized to broadcast the hockey games of the Calgary Flames.

Telecom Public Notice:

2003-3 The Commission invites comments regarding the retail quality of service rate adjustment plan for residential and business customers and related issues. In addition, the Commission is soliciting input on the appropriate methodology for an audit process to ensure that the incumbent local exchange carriers are reporting quality of service and rate adjustment results in a consistent and accurate manner. Reference: 8678-C12-11/01, 8660-C12-05/00, 8660-C12-06/01 and 8660-C12-200303751.

2003-126 The Commission approves an application by Northwestel Inc., dated 19 February 2003, to introduce Call Wakeup for residential and business customers at a monthly rate of $3.50. Reference: TN 785. Eff. date: 01.04.03.

2003-127 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 14 February 2003, to provide for an Operator Services arrangement that meets the specific requirements of a single large customer application. Reference: TN 84. Eff. date: 27.03.03.

2003-128 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 20 February 2003, to remove item F20(c), which provided four strands of optical fibre between two customer premises in Montréal, Quebec. Reference: TN 6729. Eff. date: 27.03.03.

2003-129 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 20 February 2003, to revise the rate of Special Facilities Tariff item B35(a)(1), which provides for a remote line concentrator module. Reference: TN 6730. Eff. date: 27.03.03.

2003-130 The Commission approves an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 20 February 2003, to extend the promotion allowing all customers currently equipped with Touch-Tone to subscribe without service charge to Voice Mail – Personal services, from 3 March 2003 to 27 February 2004.
