The Commission approves the terms and
conditions of Cogeco Cable Canada Inc.'s General Tariff, effective the date
of this order, and approves on an interim basis all of the rates contained
in the application retroactive to 1 June 2002. The company filed the
application on 4 November 2002 and amended it on 15 April 2003.
