Broadcasting Decisions:

2003-163 Native Communication Inc., Fox Lake and Lake Manitoba, Manitoba - APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transmitters of CINC-FM Thompson at Fox Lake and Lake Manitoba, until 2 February 2004.

2003-164 Learning and Skills Television of Alberta Limited, Across Canada - APPROVED – Addition of program categories to the list of programs categories that may be broadcast, as noted in the Decision.

2003-165 Learning and Skills Television of Alberta Limited, Across Canada - APPROVED - Addition of program categories to the list of programs categories that may be broadcast, as noted in the Decision.

2003-166 WETV Canada Corporation, Across Canada - APPROVED - Addition of a program category to the list of programs categories that may be broadcast, as noted in the Decision.

2003-167 Phil Wintemute, Telecommunications Manager, Department of Highways and Public Works, Government of Yukon, and his successors, Ferry Hill, Yukon Territory - APPROVED – Acquisition of the assets of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Ferry Hill, and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of the undertaking. 2003-168 Phil Wintemute, Telecommunications Manager, Department of Highways and Public Works, Government of Yukon, and his successors, Beaver Creek, Carcross, Dawson City (Ferry Terminal), Destruction Bay, Sourdough and Stewart Crossing, Yukon Territory - APPROVED – Acquisition of the assets of the radio programming undertakings noted in the decision and for broadcast licences to continue the operation of these undertakings.
