Broadcasting Decision:
2003-148 MacKenzie
and Area Community Radio Society, MacKenzie, British Columbia - APPROVED
- Broadcasting licence to operate an English-language Type B community
FM radio programming undertaking in MacKenzie. The licence will expire
on 31 August 2009.
Broadcasting Notice of Public hearing:
2003-6 The Commission
will hold a public hearing commencing on 14 July 2003 at 9:00 a.m., at
the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec,
to consider various broadcasting applications. Intervention deadline:
19 June 2003.
Broadcasting Circular:
2003-452 To
all licensees of broadcasting undertakings serving the Province of Manitoba.
On 2 May 2003, a Provincial Election was announced in Manitoba. The election
will occur on 3 June 2003.
Telecom Orders:
2003-185 The
Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 1 April 2003,
to provide for a fifth encrypted audio/video circuit in the greater Toronto

2003-186 The
Commission approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications
(SaskTel), dated 31 March 2003, to replace the company's tariff subscription
(paper version) service with a publicly available, no-charge service via
Internet at www.sasktel.com by introducing General Tariff – Basic
Services item 99, SaskTel Online Tariffs, and removing item 86, Tariff
Subscription Service.
