Broadcasting Decision:
2003-149 CHUM
Limited, Windsor, Ontario -APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting
licence for the radio programming undertaking CIMX-FM Windsor from 1 September
2003 to 31 August 2007.
Telecom Decision:
2003-29 The
Commission forbears, with some conditions, from regulating additional
high capacity and digital data services interexchange private line services
on routes for which competitors of several incumbent local exchange carriers
now offer, or provide, services at DS 3 or greater bandwidth. Reference:
8640 T42 04/02 and 8638 S1 01/98.
Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing:

Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-3 dated
21 March 2003 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 26 May
2003 at 9:30 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade
du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces correction to item
24.

Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-4 dated
10 April 2003 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 16 June
2003 at 9:30 a.m., at the Shaw Conference Centre, 9797 Jasper Avenue North
West, Edmonton, Alberta, the Commission announces that it will also consider
an application by Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Deadline for interventions:
30 May 2003.
