Sauble Beach; Listowel, Mount Forest, Arthur, Harriston and Palmerston,
Ontario. APPROVED – Acquisition of the assets of the Class 2 cable
distribution undertakings serving the localities mentioned in the decision
from Saugeen Telecable Limited and certain affiliated companies. The licences
will expire on 31 August 2004.

of the assets of the radio programming undertaking CJYE Oakville and its

expire on 31 August 2006, and the licence for CJYE-DR-2 will expire on
31 August 2004.

proposed rates which take effect 1 June 2002 reflecting the Commission's
