Wireless Inc. vs. TELUS Communications Inc. ? Toll termination arrangements.
The Commission finds that TELUS Communications Inc.'s (TCI) toll termination
trunk arrangements are not in breach of its tariffs, in contravention
of section 25 of the Telecommunications Act, and Rogers Wireless Inc.
is not entitled to any accounting or rebate in respect of the monies paid
to TCI for one-way trunks. Reference:
