2003-398 The Commission
approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 26 August
2003, to amend the Terms of Service of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, Island Telecom
Inc., NBTel Inc., Newtel Communications Inc. and Aliant Telecom, in order to add
two exceptions to the restriction on disclosure of confidential customer

2003-399 The Commission
received an application by Northwestel Inc., dated 28 January 2003, to introduce
a rate table for North American originating and terminating traffic, replace the
available card denominations with a minimum card denomination price floor of
$5.00, and introduce an international mobile termination surcharge of $0.50 per
minute. The Commission approves on a final basis the proposed replacement of
pre-paid calling card denominations currently available with a minimum card
denomination of $5.00 and the introduction of an international mobile termination
surcharge of $0.50 per minute. Reference: TN 782.
2003-400 The Commission
approves an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership, dated 5 May 2003 and
amended on 16 May 2003, to modify sections N60 and N85 of its General Tariff in
order to replace its tariff subscription (paper subscription) service with an on

approves an application by Mornington Communications Co operative Limited, dated
