APPROVED – Decrease of the effective radiated power of the new transmitter in
L’Anse-Saint-Jean, from 740 watts to 510 watts, and change in the authorized
contours.
2003-500
Standard Radio Inc., Montréal and Laval, Quebec. APPROVED – Extension of the time
limit to implement its authorities for transitional digital radio undertakings at
Montréal and Laval, until 31 August 2004.
2003-501
Rogers Broadcasting Limited, Winnipeg, Manitoba. APPROVED – Authorization to use
the frequency 102.3 MHz (channel 272C1), at an effective radiated power of
70,000 watts, for the operation of a new FM radio programming undertaking at
Winnipeg.

2003-409 The
Commission approves an application by Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc.,
dated 2 September 2003, to reflect various changes approved by the Commission
