2003-470
Global Communications Limited, Winnipeg, Manitoba. APPROVED – Decrease of the
effective radiated power from 100,000 watts to 63,700 watts of the radio
programming undertaking CJZZ-FM Winnipeg, and change in the authorized contours.

Telecom Decision:
2003-62 The
Commission determines that MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) is responsible for the
costs of the conditioning equipment, and its installation and maintenance,
necessary to provide digital Centrex service to an Allstream Corp. customer
following an MTS-initiated network reconfiguration. The Commission also initiates
a follow-up proceeding to consider procedures for the implementation of network
reconfigurations that affect competitors, and the responsibility of affected
carriers for the costs incurred as a result of a network reconfiguration.

Broadcasting Public Notice:
2003-50
Ownership applications granted approval. In the notice, the Commission publishes
a list of transfers of ownership and changes to the effective control of
broadcasting undertakings that it has authorized during the period 1 May to
31 August 2003 pursuant to its streamlined procedure.
Telecom Orders:
2003-385 The
Commission approves Appendices 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 to the existing Schedule C of
the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Microcell Solutions Inc.
(Microcell) and Bell Canada, as well as a revised page 6 to Schedule C. Microcell

2003-386 The
Commission approves an application by Ontario Telecommunications Association,
dated 23 July 2003 and amended on 10 September 2003, to remove the name of Hay
Communications Co-operative Limited from the Ontario Independent Services Tariff

2003-10 The
Commission approves the application for costs by the Public Interest Advocacy
Centre (PIAC) with respect to its participation in the proceeding relating to
PIAC's Part VII application for enforcement and relief regarding Bell Canada's
