APPROVED – Decrease of the effective radiated power from 100,000 watts to 63,700 watts of the radio programming undertaking CJZZ-FM Winnipeg, and change in the authorized contours. [.pdf] Telecom Decision:2003-62 The Commission determines that MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) is responsible for the costs of the conditioning equipment, and its installation and maintenance, necessary to provide digital Centrex service to an Allstream Corp. customer following an MTS-initiated network reconfiguration. The Commission also initiates a follow-up proceeding to consider procedures for the implementation of network reconfigurations that affect competitors, and the responsibility of affected carriers for the costs incurred as a result of a network reconfiguration. Telecom Orders:2003-385 The Commission approves Appendices 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 to the existing Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Microcell Solutions Inc. (Microcell) and Bell Canada, as well as a revised page 6 to Schedule C. Microcell filed the application on 18 June 2003.
