2003-359 The Commission
approves an application by ExaTEL Inc. (ExaTEL), dated 24 July 2003, in
order to include the Huntsville exchange to page 3 of Schedule C to the
Master Agreement for Interconnection between ExaTEL and Bell Canada, and
to add Appendix 4 which provides details of the local network interconnection

2003-360 The Commission
approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel),
dated 27 June 2003 and amended on 17 July 2003, in order to add a list
of the acceptable methods for obtaining express consent for the disclosure
of confidential customer information, as directed in Confidentiality provisions
of Canadian carriers, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003 33, as amended by Telecom
