Saskatchewan. APPROVED - New transmitter in Swift Current for the
radio programming undertaking CBK-FM Regina, Saskatchewan.
2005-142 C.O.R.B. Swift Current & District Inc. Swift Current, Saskatchewan. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to C.O.R.B. Swift Current & District
Inc. serving Swift Current.
2005-143 Cogeco Radio-Télévision inc. Trois-Rivières, Quebec. APPROVED - Technical change for the radio programming
undertaking CJEB-FM Trois-Rivières, as noted in the decision.
2005-144 MediaNet Canada Ltd. Across Canada. APPROVED - Addition
of program categories to the list of categories from which the licensee
may draw its programming, for the national ethnic Category 2 specialty
programming undertaking known as Music Music Music, as noted in the decision.
2005-145 MediaNet Canada Ltd. Across Canada. APPROVED - Addition
of program categories to the list of categories from which the licensee
may draw its programming, for the national ethnic Category 2 specialty
programming undertaking known as MovieWorld, as noted in the decision.
2005-146 MediaNet Canada Ltd. Across Canada. APPROVED Addition of program
categories to the list of categories from which the licensee may draw its
programming, for the national ethnic Category 2 specialty programming undertaking
known as NewsInternational, as noted in the decision.
2005-147 Claire Bourgeois, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated
Across Canada. APPROVED - New national, ethnic Spanish-language Category
2 specialty programming undertaking to be known as NuevoMundo Television (NMTV).
The licence will expire 31 August 2011.
Telecom Orders:
2005-136 The Commission
approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 1 December 2004, to withdraw
National Services Tariff item 701,
Teleglobe Cantat-3, and item 702, Teleglobe Central Fibre Optic
Network, since the customer's contract associated with these SONET
fibre rings expired 15 January 2005. Reference: TN 851 (NST).
2005-137 The Commission approves with one modification, an application
by Bell Canada, dated 26 November 2004, proposing revisions to its Special
Facilities Tariff item D70 in order to provide for an OC-48 access
service between the customer's two locations.

2005-138 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff
