Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-153 CTV Television Inc. Across Canada. APPROVED - Corporate reorganization that will result in the transfer to CTV Television of the assets of the national English-language specialty programming undertaking known as The Comedy Network (TCN). The licence will expire 31 August 2010.

2005-154 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc. Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED - Authorization to use a subsidiary communications multiplex operations (SCMO) channel for the purpose of broadcasting a predominantly Vietnamese-language radio service.

2005-155 Quinte Broadcasting Company Limited. Quinte West, Ontario. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Quinte Broadcasting Company Limited for CJTN Trenton.

2005-156 Câblevision TRP-SDM inc. Rivière-du-Loup, Mont-Joli, Matane and Saint-Fabien, Quebec. APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitters for its MDS radiocommunication distribution undertaking at Rivière-du-Loup, Mont -Joli, Matane and Saint-Fabien, until 11 December 2005.

2005-157 CHUM Limited. Winnipeg, Manitoba. APPROVED - Decrease of the antenna height and relocation of the transmitter of the radio programming undertaking CFWM-FM Winnipeg.

Telecom Decision:

2005-23 T he Commission approvesfor Bell Canada, MTS Allstream Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc. the recovery of certain costs associated with upgrading pay telephones with teletypewriter units through draw downs from the companies' deferral accounts. Reference: 8678-B2-200410564, 8678-M59-200410746, 8678-T66-200411364 and 8678-T69-200415663.

Telecom Orders:

2005-141 The Commission approves with changes on an interim basis, an application by Globility Communications Corporation, dated 5 April 2005, to revise General Tariff item 302.4, Primary Interexchange Carrier Processing, in order to reflect the rates approved for the incumbent local exchange carriers in Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-72. Reference: TN 6.

2005-142 The Commission approves with changes on an interim basis, an application by Maskatel inc., dated 23 March 2005, to revise General Tariff item 302.4, Primary Interexchange Carrier Processing, in order to reflect the rates approved for the incumbent local exchange carriers in Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-72. Reference: TN 7.
