2005-159 Touch Canada Broadcasting Inc., Edmonton, Alberta. APPROVED – Technical change for the radio programming undertaking CJRY-FM Edmonton, as noted in the decision.
2005-160 Island Radio Ltd., Port Alberni, British Columbia. APPROVED – New English-language FM radio programming undertaking at Port Alberni to replace its AM station CJAV. The licence will expire 31 August 2011.
2005-161 Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy, Nakusp, British Columbia. APPROVED – New English-language FM developmental community radio programming undertaking in Nakusp. The licence will expire 18 April 2008.
