2005-172 Global Communications Limited, Hamilton, Ontario. APPROVED – New transitional digital television undertaking in association with CHCH-TV Hamilton. The licence will expire 31 August 2008.
2005-173 Global Communications Limited, Vancouver, British Columbia. APPROVED – New transitional digital television undertaking in association with CHAN-TV Vancouver. The licence will expire 31 August 2008.
2005-174 CHUM Limited, Kingston, Ontario. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the commercial radio programming undertaking CKLC Kingston, from 1 September 2005 to 31 August 2009.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2005-3-3 Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-3, 2005-3-1 dated 17 and 22 March 2005 and 2005-3-2 dated 13 April 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 16 May 2005 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces a correction to item 13 (Eternacom Inc.). The deadline for submission of interventions/comments for this application is extended to 6 May 2005. Please note that the intervention comments should only relate to the change in technical parameters.
