2 HD specialty programming undertaking, to be known as OasisHD. The licence
will expire 31 August 2011.

2005-366 My Broadcasting Corporation. Pembroke, Ontario. APPROVED - New
English-language FM radio programming undertaking in Pembroke. The licence
will expire 31 August 2011.
2005-367 The Family Channel Inc. Across Canada. APPROVED - New
national English-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking,
to be known as The Parent Channel. The licence will expire 31 August 2011.
Broadcasting Public Notice:
2005-76 Call for comments - Proposed amendments to the Specialty
Services Regulations, 1990, the Radio Regulations, 1986 and
the Pay Television Regulations, 1990. The Commission invites comments on the proposed amendments set out
in this notice. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on
or before 2 September 2005.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing
2005-7-1 Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-7
dated 28 July 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 3 October
2005 at 9:30 a.m., at the Best Western Charlottetown, 238 Grafton Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, the Commission announces that
it will also consider the following application. The deadline for submission
of interventions/comments is 6 September 2005.
