2005-590 MTS Allstream Inc., Winnipeg and surrounding areas, Manitoba. APPROVED – Change the authorized service area of the cable broadcasting distribution undertaking serving Winnipeg and surrounding areas, in order to include Headingley and Rivercrest.
2005-591 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc., Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of two FM radio programming undertakings, until 1 September 2006.
2005-592 Southshore Broadcasting Inc., Leamington, Ontario. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the not-for-profit, low-power, primarily English-language community television station, until 19 November 2006.
