Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-595 CIBM-FM Mont-Bleu ltée, Saint-Juste-du-Lac, Quebec. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transmitter CIBM-FM-4 Saint-Juste-du-Lac, until 5 December 2006.

2005-596 Bel-Roc Communications Inc., Haldimand County, Ontario. APPROVED – Use of frequency 92.9 MHz by the new English-language FM radio station in Haldimand County. CHCD Inc., Simcoe and Haldimand County, Ontario. DENIED – Addition of an FM transmitter in Haldimand County at 93.1 MHz.

2005-597 TVA Group Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Acquisition of assets of the French-language Category 1 specialty programming undertaking known as Argent (formerly LCN Affaires) and Mystère (formerly 13ième Rue). The licences will expire on 31 August 2007.

2005-598 South Asian Broadcasting Corporation Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia. APPROVED – Technical change for the FM radio programming undertaking as noted in the decision.

2005-599 Newcap Inc., Bonnyville, Alberta. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transmitter CKSA-FM-1 Bonnyville, until 18 December 2006.

2005-600 Newcap Inc., Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. APPROVED – Technical change for the radio programming undertaking CFRQ-FM Dartmouth as noted in the decision.

2005-601 3077457 Nova Scotia Limited, Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED – Use of frequency 104.7 MHz by the new low-power tourist information service in Ottawa.

2005-602 Standard Radio Inc., Edmonton, Alberta. APPROVED – Technical change for the transmitter CFBR-FM Edmonton, as noted in the decision.

Broadcasting Public Notice:

2005-127 The Commission has received various broadcasting applications. The deadline for submission of interventions/comments is 25 January 2006.

Telecom Decision:

2005-74 The Commission denies a request by Bell Canada that the Commission review and vary part of Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6, 3 February 2005, to amend the effective date of the competitor digital network access service order charges from 3 February 2005 to 1 June 2002. Reference: 8662-B2-200509250.
