Broadcasting Decision:
2005-49 Radio Express inc. Valleyfield, Quebec. APPROVED – Renewal
of the radio programming undertaking CKOD-FM Valleyfield from 1 March 2005

2005-49 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by
EastLink, dated 14 January 2005, to revise General Tariff item 302.4,
Primary Interexchange Carrier Processing, in order to reflect the
rates approved for the incumbent local exchange carriers in Telecom Decision CRTC
2004-72.
