Broadcasting Public Notice:
2005-13 Ownership applications granted approval. The Commission publishes
a list of transfers of ownership and changes to the effective control of
broadcasting undertakings that it has authorized during the period 1 November
2004 to 31 December 2004 pursuant to its streamlined procedure.
Telecom Orders:
2005-51 The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc.
dated 30 December 2004, in order to make the billing and collection
of the government 9-1-1 fee currently available in Nova Scotia also
available to the provincial government in Prince Edward Island under the

2005-52 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by
MTS Allstream Inc., dated 28 October 2004, in order to
provide voice communications between a station on the customer ' s local
area network and a station on the public switched telephone network
using Internet Protocol technology and Centrex service functionality.

2005-53 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications
Inc., dated 7 January 2005, to revise the former TELUS Communications
(B.C.) Inc. List of Rate Centers and Exchanges for Message Toll Service - British
Columbia, in order to reflect the addition of Blacksmith as well as the
deletion of the vertical and horizontal co-ordinates for the following
locations which are no longer in service: Bonaparte Lake Resort; Bowron
Lake Lodge; Fraser Lodge; North Farm; Pimainus; Purden Lake 9001M;
R and R Bay; Sunny Waters; and Tatelkuz Lake Ranch.
