Broadcasting Decisions:
2005-67 Bayshore Broadcasting Corporation, Port Elgin, Ontario. APPROVED – New English-language commercial FM radio station in Port Elgin, Ontario, operating in an Adult Contemporary music format. The licence will expire 31 August 2011.
2005-68 Brian Cooper and Daniel McCarthy, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, Kincardine, Goderich and Port Elgin, Ontario. APPROVED IN PART - New English-language commercial FM radio station in Kincardine, with transmitters in Goderich and Port Elgin, Ontario, e xpiring 31 August 2011.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2004-11-3 Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2004-11, 2004-11-1 and 2004-11-2 dated 22 December 2004, 7 and 11 January 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 28 February 2005 at 9:30 a.m., at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, 900 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, the Commission announces that items 10 (Newcap Inc.) and 23 (Norm Wright & Brian Perkin) are withdrawn from the public hearing.
Telecom Orders:
2005-61 The Commission approves an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 12 January 2005, to revise Supplementary Tariff - Special Assemblies item 17150, Full-time radio service – Winnipeg to Brandon , in order to provide the customer with a 15 khz stereophonic radio loop and a 7.5 khz monophonic radio loop from the customer's studio in Winnipeg to the customer's transmitter in Brandon. Reference: TN 550. Eff. date = 17.02.05. 2005-62 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by Bell Canada, dated 8 August 2003 and amended on 18 February, 5 July, 22 July and 19 November 2004, to add General Tariff item 5410, Gateway Access Service, and item 5420, High Speed Access Service.
