Broadcasting Decisions:
2005-77 Standard Radio Inc., Salmon Arm, British Columbia. APPROVED – New
English-language FM radio programming undertaking in Salmon Arm. The licence
will expire 31 August 2011.
2005-78 Rogers Broadcasting Limited, Vernon and Enderby, British
Columbia. APPROVED – New transmitter in Enderby for the radio programming
undertaking CKIZ FM Vernon.

2005-15 The Commission has received applications from Groupe TVA inc.,
Télé Inter-Rives ltée, Radio Nord Communications Inc. Deadline for
submission of interventions/comments: 17 March 2005.
2005-16 Call for comments on applying new distribution and linkage rules
to non-Canadian third language services already on the lists of eligible
satellite services. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on
or before 29 March 2005.
2005-17 Call for comments on a proposed new approach to the consideration
of applications for Canadian third-language ethnic Category 2 pay and
specialty services. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on
or before 29 March 2005.
2005-18 Commission requirements for the pass-through of video description
- Call for comments on the obligations of smaller broadcasting distribution
undertakings. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or
before 19 April 2005.
Telecom Order:
2005-78 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 20
January 2005, to withdraw General Tariff item 2035, Community of Interest
Voice Message Delivery service - Market Trial, as the market trial ended on
8 October 1999. Reference: TN 6850. Eff. date = 25.02.05.
