Broadcasting Decisions:
2005-18 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc., Montréal, Quebec. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to submit an application for the use of a frequency other than 100.1 MHz to operate a new radio programming undertaking in Montréal, until 2 April 2005.
2005-19 La radio campus communautaire francophone de Shawinigan inc., Shawinigan, Quebec. APPROVED – Technical change for the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CFUT-FM Shawinigan.
Broadcasting Public Notice:
2004-43-1 Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-43 dated 7 July 2004, the Commission announces that it will not issue a decision further to the application by Radio Nord Communications inc. (item 6) since the licensee informed the Commission that a radio network licence is no longer necessary.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2005-1-1 Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-1 dated 19 January 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 21 March 2005 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces a correction to item 9 (Jim Pattison Industries Ltd.).
Telecom Orders: 2005-38 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 22 December 2004, to revise the former TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. General Tariff item 302 .4, Primary Interexchange Carrier Processing, in order to reflect the rates approved for the incumbent local exchange carriers in Decision 2004-72. Reference: TN 393.
2005-39 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 7 January 2005, to revise General Tariff item 302.4, Primary Interexchange Carrier Processing, in order to reflect the rates approved for the incumbent local exchange carriers in Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-72.
