2005-1 The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 30 November 2004, in order to reduce the 9-1-1 monthly rate in New Brunswick from $0.31 to $0.30 per working telephone number and from $0.1575 to $0.15 per wireless service provider working telephone number. 2005-2 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 25 November 2004, in order to provide a DS-1 facility between the customer's premises in Warwick, Quebec and Bell Canada's nearest central-office . Reference: TN 6842. Eff. date = 05.01.05.
2005-3 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 29 November 2004, to withdraw General Tariff item 180, Interior Construction, as the provision of inside wiring is no longer subject to regulation. Reference: TN 6844. Eff. date = 05.01.05.
2005-4 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 30 November 2004, to revise General Tariff item 203, Provincial 9-1-1 Service, in order to reflect the recalculation of the existing monthly rates for 2005. Reference: TN 163. Eff. date = 05.01.05.
2005-5 The Commission approves an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 22 November 2004, to increase the monthly non-contracted multiline business service rates by $1.00 across all Rate Bands and to increase the monthly contracted multiline business service rates, which are available only in Rate Bands A, B and C, by $0.75 for 1-year contracts, $0.50 for 3-year contracts and $0.25 for 5-year contracts. 2005-6 The Commission approves an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 23 November 2004, to reflect the continuance of the existing monthly rates for Province-Wide E9-1-1 Service in General Tariff item 475. Reference: TN 546. Eff. date = 05.01.05.
2005-7 The Commission approves the Telecommunications Interconnection and Settlement Agreement between Bell Canada and Northwestel Inc. Northwestel Inc. filed the application on 3 November 2004. Reference: 8340-B2-0010/02.
