2005-326 Rogers Cable Communications Inc., Ottawa, London, St. Thomas (including Strathroy), Tillsonburg and Woodstock, Ontario. APPROVED – Relief from the requirement to distribute CJMT-TV-1 (OMNI.2) London on its cable broadcasting distribution undertakings (BDUs) serving London, St. Thomas (including Strathroy), Tillsonburg and Woodstock and CJMT-TV-2 (OMNI.2) Ottawa on its cable BDU serving Ottawa as part of the basic service beginning with the basic band (channels 2 to 13).
2005-327 The Score Television Network Ltd., Across Canada. APPROVED - Distribution in the high definition (HD) format for the national specialty programming undertaking known as The Score.
Telecom Decision:

2005-266 Dedicated Services Interconnection and Settlement Agreement - The Commission approves with changes an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc. (Lambton), dated 13 June 2005, and directs the company to amend the agreement in order to refer to its tariffs for those services with approved tariff rates. Given that the agreement is to be effective retroactive to 1 January 2003, the Commission approves on a final basis the 2002 network access tariffs for Lambton. Reference: 8340-L2-200506876.
