Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-331 Quinte Broadcasting Company Limited, Belleville, Ontario. APPROVED – Renewal of the commercial radio programming undertaking CJBQ Belleville, from 1 September 2005 to 31 August 2009.

2005-332 CKUA Radio Foundation, Edmonton and Fort McMurray, Alberta. APPROVED – Change of the authorized contours of its transmitter CKUA-FM-11 Fort McMurray.

2005-333 Global Communications Limited, Halifax, Nova Scotia. APPROVED – New English-language FM radio station in Halifax at 105.1 MHz (channel 286C) with an average effective radiated power of 32,000 watts.

2005-334 Rock 95 Broadcasting (Barrie-Orillia) Ltd., Barrie, Ontario. APPROVED – Technical change of the radio programming undertaking CKMB-FM Barrie, as noted in the decision.

2005-335 Rawlco (Edmonton) Ltd., Edmonton, Alberta. APPROVED – New English-language FM radio station in Edmonton at 99.3 MHz (channel 257C1) with an average effective radiated power of 100,000 watts.

2005-336 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Sherbrooke and Magog, Quebec. APPROVED – Technical change for the radio programming undertaking CBF-FM-10 Sherbrooke, as noted in the decision.

2005-337 Rogers Broadcasting Limited, Moncton, New Brunswick. APPROVED – Technical change for the radio programming undertaking authorized in News/Talk commercial FM radio station in Moncton.

Telecom Orders:

2005-269 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: Aliant Telecom Inc. TN 167, Bell Canada TN 6877, MTS Allstream Inc. TN 567 and TELUS Communications Inc. TN 183. (streamlined order)

2005-270 The Commission approves on a final basis, with amendments, an application by Bell Canada dated 30 September 2004, related to services provided under customer specific arrangement contract number P3-172. Reference: TN 823 (NST).

2005-271 The Commission denies an application by Bell Canada dated 8 October 2004, related to services provided under customer specific arrangement contract number P3-177. Reference: TN 831 (NST).
