2005-75 Ownership applications granted approval. The Commission publishes a list of transfers of ownership and changes to the effective control of broadcasting undertakings that it has authorized during the period 1 March 2005 to 30 April 2005 pursuant to its streamlined procedure.

2005-275 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications: Aliant Telecom Inc. TNs 170, 170A and 170B, Bell Canada TNs 862 (NST) and 6882, Saskatchewan Telecommunications TN 89, TELUS Communications Inc. TNs 4200A (former TCBC) and 516A, and Videotron Telecom Ltd. TN 15. 2005-276 The Commission approves on an interim basis, effective 8 August 2005, the ex parte application by Bell Canada, dated 15 July 2005. Reference: TN 6883. (streamlined order)
2005-277 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 9 November 2004, to revise its General Tariff item 495, Integrated Digital Network-Primary Rate Interface Service, to establish terms and conditions for customers who wish to have their terminal equipment deliver the Calling Line Identification of a location other than that defined under its currently approved tariff.
