2005-224 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Vancouver, British Columbia and Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. APPROVED – New transmitter in Yellowknife for the radio programming undertaking CBU-FM Vancouver.

2005-225 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Calgary and Banff, Alberta. APPROVED – New FM transmitter in Banff for the radio programming undertaking CBR Calgary and deletion of the existing AM transmitter CBRB Banff.

2005-226 Radio communautaire F.M. de la Haute-Gatineau inc., Maniwaki, Quebec. RENEWED - B roadcasting licence for the French-language community Type B radio programming undertaking CHGA-FM Maniwaki, from 1 July 2005 to 31 December 2005.

2005-227 La Coopérative radiophonique de Toronto inc., Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED - E xtension of the time limit to commence the operation of the radio programming undertaking, until 17 April 2006.

2005-228 Radio Nord Communications inc., La Sarre, Val-d'Or and Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. RENEWED - Broadcasting licences for the radio programming undertakings CJGO-FM La Sarre; CHGO-FM Val-d'Or and its transmitter CHGO-FM-1 Rouyn-Noranda; and CHOA-FM Rouyn-Noranda and its transmitters CHOA-FM-1 Val d'Or and CHOA-FM-2 La Sarre, from 1 July 2005 to 31 August 2005.

2005-229 Radio programming undertakings, Saint-Constant, Donnaconna and Sainte-Croix-de-Lotbinière, Quebec. RENEWED – Broadcasting licences for the French-language commercial radio programming undertakings listed in the appendix to the decision, from 1 September 2005 to 30 April 2006.

2005-230 TVA Group Inc., Across Canada, APPROVED – Amendment to the definition of broadcast day for the purposes of the conditions of licence for the French-language specialty programming undertaking known as Le Canal Nouvelles (LCN).

2005-231 Atlantic Stereo Ltd., Moncton, New Brunswick. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CJMO-FM Moncton, from 1 September 2005 to 31 August 2012.

2005-232 The Yellowknife Rebroadcasting Society, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to The Yellowknife Rebroadcasting Society to serve Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

Telecom Orders:

2005-213 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc. TN 25, Keewatin Municipal Telephone System TNs 13 and 13A, Kenora Municipal Telephone System TNs 35 and 35A, Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem inc. TN 37 and La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor TN 35.

2005-214 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: Aliant Telecom Inc. TN 162, MTS Allstream Inc. TN 564 and TBayTel TN 118.

2005-215 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 19 November 2004, to revise the former TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. General Tariff items 1.06, Local Number Portability – Access to Service Control Point, and 1.07, Call Routing - Location Routing Number Absent, of its Access Services Tariff for Interconnection, in order to introduce local number portability service. Reference: TN 392. Eff. date = 1 June 2005.

2005-216 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Bell Canada's, dated 13 May 2005, proposing revisions to General Tariff item 2165, Calling Features, to introduce Call Control. Reference: TN 6872. Eff. date = 15 June 2005.

2005-217 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications: Téléphone Guèvremont inc. TN 47 and Westport Telephone Company Limited TN 30.
