2005-225 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Calgary and Banff, Alberta. APPROVED – New FM transmitter in Banff for the radio programming undertaking CBR Calgary and deletion of the existing AM transmitter CBRB Banff.

2005-232 The Yellowknife Rebroadcasting Society, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to The Yellowknife Rebroadcasting Society to serve Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

2005-213 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc. TN 25, Keewatin Municipal Telephone System TNs 13 and 13A, Kenora Municipal Telephone System TNs 35 and 35A, Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem inc. TN 37 and La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor TN 35.
2005-214 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: Aliant Telecom Inc. TN 162, MTS Allstream Inc. TN 564 and TBayTel TN 118.
2005-215 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 19 November 2004, to revise the former TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. General Tariff items 1.06, Local Number Portability – Access to Service Control Point, and 1.07, Call Routing - Location Routing Number Absent, of its Access Services Tariff for Interconnection, in order to introduce local number portability service. 2005-216 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Bell Canada's, dated 13 May 2005, proposing revisions to General Tariff item 2165, Calling Features, to introduce Call Control. Reference: TN 6872. Eff. date = 15 June 2005.
