Broadcasting Decision:
2005-238 CTV
Television Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Addition of a condition of licence
that will allow the licensee to avail itself of the incentive program for
English-language Canadian television drama, as noted in the Decision.

Commission has received various broadcasting applications. Deadline for
submission of interventions/comments: 12 July 2005.

2005-57 Call for
comments on the proposed addition of Channel One Russia Worldwide TV to the lists
of eligible satellite services for distribution on a digital basis. Comments on
the CCTA’s request must be received by the Commission no later than 11 July 2005.
A copy of the comments must be received by the CCTA no later than the deadline
for receipt of comments by the Commission. This reply should be filed with the
Commission, and a copy sent to the person who submitted the comments, by no later
than 26 July 2005.
Telecom Order:
2005-220 The
Commission approves on an interim basis the ex parte application by Bell
Canada, dated 25 May 2005 and amended on 31 May 2005, subject to a condition.
