licence for the English- and Native-language radio network for the purpose of

APPROVED - Extension of time limit to commence the operation of the national
video-on-demand service, until 14 December 2005.

2005-100 The Commission
approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 4 February 2005, to revise Special
Facilities Tariff item D5(b), Digital Facilities, in order to provide for the
speed reduction to 128 Kbps of the existing 256 Kbps digital facility between the
customer's premise in Kingsey Falls (La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick)
Independent Company exchange and the Bell Canada exchange at Victoriaville,

2005-101 The Commission
approves an application by North Frontenac Telephone Corporation Ltd., dated
4 February 2005, in order to increase the monthly rates for Call Answer Service
for residence customers from $4.95 to $7.00, and for business customers from
$7.95 to $10.00, and to introduce additional Voice Mail/Call Answer Services.
