Broadcasting Decisions:
2005-106 RuSh Communications Ltd., Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to RuSh Communications Ltd. for the undertaking serving Port Hawkesbury.
2005-107 CHUM (Ottawa) Inc., Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the English-language radio network held by CHUM (Ottawa) Inc., for the purpose of broadcasting the National Hockey League games of the Ottawa Senators, from 1 September 2005 to 31 August 2012.
2005-108 O.K. Radio Group Ltd., Tar Island and Fort McMurray, Alberta. APPROVED – Deletion of the transmitter CJOK-FM-1 Tar Island from the licence of CJOK-FM and addition the same transmitter to the licence of CKYX-FM.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2005-3 The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 16 May 2005 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider various broadcasting applications. The deadline for submission of interventions/comments is 21 April 2005.
Telecom Decision:
2005-15 The Commission directs Canadian carriers to modify their existing tariffs, customer contracts, and other arrangements to expand the list of acceptable methods of obtaining express consent for the disclosure of confidential customer information.
