CRTC Improves Consumer Safeguards for 1-900 Services Telecom Decision:
2005-19 900 service - Agreements and consumer safeguards. Reference: 8665-C12-15/02 and Bell Canada Tariff Notices 740 and 741.
Telecom Orders:
2005-120 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following applications: Ontario Telecommunications Association TN 90 dated 14 March 2005 and Société d'administration des tarifs d'accès des télécommunicateurs TN 41 dated 11 March 2005.
2005-121 The Commission denies Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) proposal to increase the non-contract and contracted monthly rates for Microlink 2B channels, but approves SaskTel's proposal to withdraw the D channel packet link component from its tariff. SaskTel filed the application on 31 March 2005. Reference: TN 62. Eff. date = 30.03.05.
