2005-192 Newcap Inc., Thunder Bay, Ontario. APPROVED – Acquisition of the assets of radio programming undertaking CJUK-FM Thunder Bay from Big Pond Communications 2000 Inc., and for a licence to continue the operation of CJUK-FM.

2005-194 Rush Communications Limited, Milford Station, Nova Scotia. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Rush Communications Limited for the undertaking serving Milford Station.

2005-171 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications: La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc.
