Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-196 Kesitah Inc., Winnipeg, Manitoba. DENIED – Change of its condition of licence relating to expenditures on Canadian talent development.

2005-197 Jim Pattison Broadcast Group Ltd. (the general partner) and Jim Pattison Industries Ltd. (the limited partner), carrying on business as Jim Pattison Broadcast Group Limited Partnership, Chase, British Columbia. APPROVED – Acquisition of assets of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking CHSH-TV-2 Chase from Shuswap Lakes Television Society and change the programming source from CFJC-TV Kamloops to CHKM-TV Kamloops. The new licence will expire 31 August 2010.

2005-198 Rogers Cable Communications Inc., various locations in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador. APPROVED IN PART – Suspension of the requirement to perform non-simultaneous program deletion, set out in Carriage of Canadian and U.S. 4+1 signals on a digital discretionary basis, Decision CRTC 2000-437, 8 November 2000.

Telecom Decision:

2005-30 CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee – Consensus items. The Commission approves two consensus reports. Reference: 8621-C12-01/00.

Telecom Orders:

2005-179 The Commission approves on a final basis an agreement between the following parties: ExaTEL Inc./MTS Allstream Inc. Reference: 8340-E30-200504383.

2005-180 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications: La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc. TN 35, Compagnie de téléphone Nantes inc. TN 19, and TELUS Communications Inc., formerly TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. TN 398.
