Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-199 Corus Entertainment Inc., on behalf of its subsidiaries, across Canada. APPROVED – Addition of a condition of licence that will allow the licensees to avail themselves of the incentive program for English-language Canadian television drama, as noted in the decision.

2005-200 Aylmer and Area Inter-Mennonite Community Council, Aylmer, Ontario. APPROVED – Technical change for the low-power ethnic radio programming undertaking CHPD-FM Aylmer, as noted in the decision.

2005-201 Câblevision TRP-SDM inc., Trois-Pistoles, Saint-Fabien, Rimouski, Mont-Joli, Matane, Rivière-du-Loup and surrounding areas, Quebec. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence to distribute broadcasting services using multipoint distribution system (MDS) technology in Trois-Pistoles, Saint-Fabien, Rimouski, Mont-Joli, Matane and Rivière-du-Loup, from 1 September 2005 to 31 August 2009. APPROVED – Authority to distribute, on an analog basis in each of the licensed areas, MétéoMédia, MusiquePlus, VRAK.TV, Séries +, Canal Z and Canal Vie as part of the basic service, and Super Écran on a discretionary basis.

Telecom Orders:

2005-183 The Commission approves on a final basis, with an amendment, an application by Bell Canada, dated 30 September 2004, concerning National Services Tariff item 722.20 relating to services provided under customer specific arrangement contract number P3A-3. Reference: TN 822 (NST).

2005-184 The Commission approves on a final basis, with an amendment, an application by Bell Canada dated 1 October 2004, concerning National Services Tariff item 720.10 relating to services provided under customer specific arrangement contract number P1-150. Reference: TN 824 (NST).

2005-185 The Commission approves on a final basis, with an amendment, an application by Bell Canada dated 1 October 2004 and amended on 22 October 2004, concerning National Services Tariff item 720.72 relating to services provided under customer specific arrangement contract number P3-103. Reference: TNs 825 and 825A (NST).
