2005-211 Aboriginal
Voices Radio Inc. Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. APPROVED - Extension of
the time limit to commence the operation of the FM radio programming undertaking
in Kitchener-Waterloo, until 14 November 2005.
2005-212 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc. Montréal, Quebec. APPROVED - Extension
of the time limit to commence the operation of the FM radio programming
undertaking in Montréal, until 2 January 2006.
2005-213 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc. Montréal, Quebec. APPROVED - Extension
of the time limit to submit an application for the use of a frequency other
than 100.1 MHz to operate its new radio programming undertaking in Montréal,
until 2 July 2005.
Broadcasting Public Notice:
2005-54 Call for comments on requests from the Canadian Cable Telecommunications
Association for the addition of non-Canadian services to the lists of eligible
satellite services for distribution on a digital basis. Comments on the
CCTA's requests must be received by the Commission no later than 23 June
2005. A copy of the comments must be received
by the CCTA no later than the deadline for receipt of comments by the Commission.
The CCTA may file a written reply to any comments received concerning its
request. This reply should be filed with the Commission, and a copy sent
to the party who submitted the comments, by no later than 8 July
2005.
