Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-502 Astral Broadcasting Group Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – New national, French-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking to be known as Télé-Rêve. The licence will expire 31 August 2012.

2005-503 Astral Broadcasting Group Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – New national, French-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking to be known as Chez moi. The licence will expire 31 August 2012.

2005-504 Astral Broadcasting Group Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – New national, French-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking to be known as Canal Justice. The licence will expire 31 August 2012.

Broadcasting Public Notices:

2005-27-1 Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2005-27 dated 31 March 2005, the Commission announces a correction to Item # 7 – Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Revelstoke, British Columbia. The deadline for submission of interventions/comments is 8 November 2005.

2005-83-1 Call for comments on possible regulatory amendments that would expand the competitive access to insire wire – Request for confidentiality

2005-97 Ownership applications granted approval. The Commission publishes a list of transfers of ownership and changes to the effective control of broadcasting undertakings that it has authorized during the period 1 May 2005 to 31 August 2005 pursuant to its streamlined procedure.

Telecom Costs Order:

2005-9 The Commission approves the application for costs by the Public Interest Advocacy Centre with respect to the participation of the Consumer groups in the Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2004-1 proceeding and Bell Canada's Part VII application. Reference: 8678-C12-200402313 and 4754-247.
