2005-533 Cariboo Central Interior Radio Inc., Prince George, British Columbia. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Cariboo Central Interior Inc. for CJCI Prince George.
2005-534 VDN Cable Inc., Montréal, Quebec. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to VDN Cable Inc. for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Montréal.
2005-535 Rogers Broadcasting Limited, North Bay, Ontario. APPROVED – Technical change for the radio programming undertaking CHUR-FM North Bay, as noted in the decision.
2005-536 MusiquePlus inc., Across Canada. APPROVED – Authority to specify that the service shall be packaged and distributed by Class 1 broadcasting distribution undertakings on a “modified dual status” basis instead of on a “dual status” basis. Telecom Decision:

Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2005-8-4 Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-8, 2005-8-1, 2005-8-2 and 2005-8-3, dated 15, 23 and 29 September 2005 and 7 October 2005, relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 14 November 2005 at 9:30 a.m., at the Holiday Inn Select Québec, 395 Couronne Street, Québec, Quebec. T he Commission has decided to postpone the hearing of items 1 to 7 as well as 11, 12 and 14 to a subsequent public hearing which will be announced at a later date.
