Broadcasting Decision:
2005-469 Astral Broadcasting Group Inc. Eastern Canada. APPROVED – Permission
to distribute in the high definition format the pay television programming
undertaking known as The Movie Network.
Telecom Decision :
2005-55 The Commission approves for Aliant Telecom Inc. the recovery
of certain costs associated with upgrading pay telephones with teletypewriter
units through draw downs from the company's deferral account.

Broadcasting Public Notice:
2005-91 Distribution
of The Military Channel – Call for comments.
The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or before 19 October
2005. The Commission will not formally acknowledge comments. It will,
however, fully consider all comments and they will form part of the public
record of the proceeding, provided that the procedures for filing set out
in the public notice have been followed. The CCTA may file a written reply
to any comments received. Any such reply should be filed with the Commission,
and a copy sent to the party that submitted the comment, by no later than
31 October 2005.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2005-7-3 Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-7,
2005-7-1 and 2005-7-2 dated 28 July 2005, 2 August 2005 and 16 September
2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 3 October 2005
at 9:30 a.m., at the Best Western Charlottetown, 238 Grafton Street, Charlottetown,
Prince Edward Island, the Commission announces a correction to item 9 (Hector
Broadcasting Company Limited).

2005-327 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by Bell
Canada, dated 3 November 2003 and amended on 29 July 2005, concerning
services provided under Customer Specific Arrangement contract number 110.
