The Commission corrects decision CRTC 2005-359 dated 29 July 2005, in which
paragraph 10 is amended.

Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2005-39 dated 27 April 2005, the
Commission announces that at the request of the applicant, the item 2 is
withdrawn from this public notice and the application will be returned to the
applicant.

Further to its Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-8 dated 15 September 2005 and
CRTC 2005-8-1 dated 23 September 2005, the Commission announces changes to
