2005-51 The Commission
directs incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) to provide network reconfiguration
information to affected competitive local exchange carriers at least six
months prior to the planned implementation date of an ILEC-initiated local

2005-52 MTS Allstream's
application to review and vary certain decisions relating to its Band F

2005-88 Determinations on a request by the Canadian Cable Telecommunications
Association for an amendment to the Commission's policy regarding
the use by cable broadcasting distribution undertakings of local availabilities
contained in the signals of U.S. satellite programming services.
