to add a technical limitation to the General Tariff that Call Privacy
cannot be used in conjunction with two attributes of Call Answer Plus,
namely, Toll Saver and Message Monitor when calling from an unknown/private
number. The Commission also approves, on a final basis, Tariff Notices

which introduced Call Privacy previously approved on an interim basis under
