DECISIONS:

2000-288 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Vancouver and Kamloops, British Columbia. APPROVED – Addition of a transmitter at Kamloops.

2000-289 Fabrique de la Paroisse du Sacré-Cœur du diocèse d'Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for VF8013 Ottawa, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007.

2000-290 Standard Radio Inc., Winnipeg, Manitoba. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for CFWM-FM Winnipeg, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2004.

2000-291 Forvest Broadcasting Corporation, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licences for CJWW and CFQC-FM Saskatoon, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007.

2000-292 Corus Radio Company, Calgary and Banff, Alberta. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for CKRY-FM Calgary and its transmitter at Banff, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007.

2000-111 Call for comments on proposed amendments to CRTC Rules of Procedure. Deadline for intervention: 5 September 2000.

ORDER:

2000-735 The Commission approves applications from three telcos for compensation per call for toll-free calls from companies' payphones. The compensation will be paid once the companies provide tracking report service to competitive pay telephone service providers (CPTSPs). The Commission also approves the proposed tracking report service for specific telcos with changes to the proposed rates and report formats. In addition, the Commission directs the companies to make the service available to agencies representing CPTSPs. Reference: Bell Canada TN 6413; MTS TNs 383 and 384; TCBC TNs 4019 and 4020; and TCI TNs 173 and 174.
