2000-821 The Commission approves TCBC's request to offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to residence customers newly subscribing to a Three-Feature Value Package or No Limits Personal Call Management Services Packages. During the first thirty days of subscription, a customer who is not satisfied with the package may cancel and be fully rebated for the first month's rental of the feature package. 2000-822 The Commission approves TCBC's request to offer new residential customers the sixth month of their subscription to either the Three-Feature Value Package or the No Limits Personal Call Management Services Packages at no charge as long as they have been with the company for their local service for three months or less. Reference:  TN 4096. Eff. date = 05.09.2000.
