additional interexchange private line routes. In this order the Commission forbears from
regulating additional interexchange private line routes where competitors of the major
incumbent local exchange carriers now provide or offer services at DS-3 or higher
bandwidth. Reference: 8638-S1-01/98.
2000-737 TCBC B8Zs coded signal
option denied. The Commission denies TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc.'s
application to offer Binary Eight Zero Substitution (B8ZS) coded signal option for DS-1

Commission finds that the cost information is incomplete and the proposed rate is
excessive. Reference: TN 4040.
