Applications by BCE Inc., the limited partner, and Bell ExpressVu Inc.,
the general partner, which operate as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership,
to carry out a reorganization. Under this reorganization, BCE Inc. will
transfer its limited partnership interest to 3752097 Canada Inc. (Holdco).
Bell ExpressVu Inc. will continue as general partner. The licence will
