DECISION:

2000-31 Community Radio Society of Saskatoon Inc., Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. APPROVED - Licence renewal for the community radio programming undertaking, CFCR-FM Saskatoon, from 1 March 2000 to 31 August 2001. DENIED - Amendment to its condition of licence requiring that it direct its ethnic programming to at least 16 cultural groups in at least 16 different languages.

Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) Interconnection - a) changes to the underlying network and to operating procedures; and b) rates associated with CCS7 Signalling Interconnection, AIN Connectivity, AIN Feature Activation and AIN Message Transport. Introduction of the Digital Network Access – OC-48 Special Tariff for Health and Education, providing for the digital transmission at 2.5 Gbps (DNA – OC-48) from the customer's premises to the central office to connect with other network services or another OC-48 DNA. Eff. Date = 01.02.2000.

2000-68 Kenora. TNs 18/A. APPROVED. Amalgamation of existing telephone operations of Kenora Municipal Telephone System and Keewatin Municipal Telephone System. Eff. Date = 01.02.2000.
