approves Northwestel's request to decrease the calling rate from $0.60 to $0.50 per minute
for calls within Canada and the U.S. and rates for calls to international locations from

approves on an interim basis O.N. Tel's request to rename its General Tariff 25520 as Part
A and Abitibi-Consolidated General Tariff 25300 as Part B.

approves Thunder Bay's request to align its current rates for extra directory listings

monthly rates associated with teletype service by 40 percent, specifically
intraexchange and interexchange channels; increase certain signal transmission service;

The Commission approves TCBC's request to replace the IntelliRoute service market trial
with a permanent offering, and to withdraw the ServiceFinder market trial tariff on 24

approves TCI's request to provide national operator services with service features that
meet the specific requirements of a large customer application. It also approves a
Definitive Agreement for National Operator Services with GT Group Telecom Services Corp.
