Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, St. John's, Newfoundland. APPROVED -
Renewal of CBNT-TV St. John's and its transmitters listed in the appendix of the decision,
from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007.
2000-275
Dufferin Communications Inc., Orangeville, Ontario. APPROVED - Relocation
of the transmitter from a site 6 km west of Orangeville's town to a site 11 km
east of the town hall, and decrease of the transmitter's effective radiated power from
50,000 watts to 30,700 watts.

2000-697 Bell Canada
TN 6496. The
Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed arrangement to provide for
a DS-1 facility between the customer's premises in Kingsey Falls and the company's
Victoriaville, Quebec central office. Eff. date = 07.08.2000.

12. The Commission approves
Lambton's changes to its Terms of Service for competitors that are customers, pursuant to
Order CRTC 2000-397 dated

2000-699 MTS TN 419. The Commission approves MTS's request to provide for the
lease of a cable facility entrance and an OC-12 optical fibre cable path between the
customer's premises and the Main/Whitehall central office.

request to introduce a fall campaign promotion to any combination of calling features free
for two months from 1 September 2000 to 13 October 2000.

approves Northern's request to provide a virtual private network between a customer and

TN 276. The Commission
approves Québec-Téléphone's request to offer the first two months at $2 per month to
new residential individual line customers who subscribe to Call Answer.

behalf of itself and on behalf of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited and NBTel Inc.) request
